I’d like to settle my debts but can’t afford to pay all at once. What now?

Why do I always have to give a reference number over the phone?

 

We protect your personal data. That’s why we have to ensure that we pass on your personal information to nobody but yourself. The reference number helps us to do this. You’ll find it in the top left-hand corner of your reminder.

I haven’t received an invoice and don’t know what I’m supposed to have purchased. What can I do?

 

Call us. We can then request the documents from the creditor and pass them on to you.

I’ve paid my debts but continue to receive reminders from EOS Debita AG. Why?

 

Sometimes it takes a few days for letters to arrive. If the reminder is dated prior to your payment, you can be sure that we have received the money. To be absolutely sure, though, you are welcome to call us for confirmation. The person to contact in such cases is indicated in the top right-hand corner of your reminder.
