I’m in possession of several loss certificates. Do I have to write these sums off?

 

Yes, you have to write off the loss. But if, in future cases, you give us the loss certificates for further processing we’ll send your customers several reminders a year. In this way you’ll have a chance of at least getting some of your money back.
